I have a 9810 & I have backed up the full system & SD card. When I restore, the SD files load as per the desktop software but there's nothing on the phone once checked. The file size is 175mb of data. I have changed the SD card as that could have been a problem but nothing has changed. The previous SD card which was working fine until I recently backed up now shows the data, 500+ items, as .CH file extension & this should be few documents in PDF but mainly Music, Pictures & Video from the last 3 years. The backups when completed all stated backup complete, each restore I have tried say restore completed but all with the same answer, Nothing on the SD card!!!
