Syncing Outlook 2010 organizer with Bold 9900

Hi.  I posted a similar request last week and only had one response that didn't help me.  I hope someone out there can steer me in the right direction with this problem.

The problem is that when I try either a 2 way sync or a sync from my Bold 9900 to Outlook Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, or Memos they don't show up on Outlook on my computer.  This problem actually started near the end of May but I never noticed it till I tried to go back into Outlook to check a past appointment.  I do everything on the phone and use Outlook on my computer only as a backup.  As I mentioned, this problem appears to have started in May and I had no problems with either the old version of Outlook nor Outlook 2010 until then.

I can't find any problem in Outlook nor in the Blackberry Desktop nor, for that matter, with the phone.   When I highlight the Organizer and check the configuration of the calendar, contacts, etc they all indicate that they are set up to do a one way sync to Outlook.  I hit the Sync button and it shows 700+ items being synced and then a message on the Blackberry Desktop that the sync has been successful, but when I check on Outlook the synced items don't appear.   Also, I have just checked my sync log on my Blackberry Desktop software and can't see any problems there.  No conflicts or unsuccessful syncs listed.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Outlook 2010 and my Blackberry Desktop softwares but to no avail.  Incidentally, my wife is having the same trouble with syncing her phone with Outlook 2010 on her laptop but only with her calendar.  Her contacts, tasks, and memos seem to work OK.

We have wasted hours on this problem and THIS IS DRIVING US CRAZY!!!!!!!

Between posting this and now something occurred to us that might have a bearing on the problem!  We went to the UK in July and before going we "unlocked" our phones and used local T-Mobile pay as you go sym cards while we were there.  Upon return we reinstalled our Rogers sym cards.  Could this have created our problems and, if so, how do we correct it?

Thanks,

Petie.
