unable to sync Torch 9800 with Outlook 2013

I am unable to sync my new torch 9800 with my computer (I am running Outlook 2013). I get an error that says:

Caught_com_error exception. Description(): (null): Error(): -2147023151 (0x800706D1): ErrorMessage(): The procedure number is out of range.; Source(): (null)

Does any one knows what to do? I will appreciate any help.
