How to "unforget" the Device

Hi there,

  Let me say I did a lot of search and uninstall/reinstall of DTM. I have a company's 9800 and besides using for corporate email, I also use as Modem during travels. Recently, it stopped working as a modem, so I tried forget device in DTM, terrible mistake. I was able to fix the driver issues and Windows now recognizes my blackberry easily and promptly when I plug it in via USB. However DTM does not recognize the device AT ALL.

when you ask the DTM to forget your blackberry you are in effect telling your Blackberry to forget your DTM. And the proposed solution is to wipe your data and reset to factory defaults. That makes sense but is there any other option? I really want to avoid enterprise activation.
