Incomplete back-up of Contacts data

Hello,

I have run a back-up of my BlackBerry data, including exporting all my Contacts to a csv file. But that file appeared to not list several of my Contacts data (several Contacts were missing altogether, and most of the ones that made it to the file did not show all the notes). Can you please help?
