my bb seems to not be registered even though ive been using it for about 9 months, it seems to have all of a sudden blocked me, can anyone help me with this as I have contacted my service provider and they have confirmed that my handset is not being recognised by the bb server since i updated my bbm yesterday, or if possible please provide me with a contact number for blackberry.
