I have a white screen on my blackberry curve, and I am trying to get all my contact information from my phone onto my computer. I installed the Blackberry Desktop Software, but every time I try to connect my phone it just says connecting and never does anything. The software won't connect to my phone and since I can't see anything on my phone screen I have no idea what to do. I really need this contact information.
