I synchronised my Blackberry Bold 9900 then tried to access my address book from the software file but it said it was unable to open the file Adobe as it is either not a supported file type or has been damaged. I repeated the sync it then told me to turn off the wireless on the phone I did this and then tried sync again and it wiped all the addresses from my phone. I tried to restore them from Desktop software but there are 1200 addresses in light grey and it says they cannot be restored. Please help Im desperate for my contacts
