Upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1 with Desktop 7.1 do not work.

1) Desktop 7.1.0.41 installed and data backup done

2) Bold 9790

3) Device sw >  9790AllLang_PBr7.1.0_rel2494_PL9.16.0.180_A7.1.0.907_Vodafone_Italy.exe  (installed)

4) deleted vendor.xml

 

Desktop ask for a "active BB service subscription"  no matter to succeed in  upgrade to 7.1

 

Some time the device microphone go-off so there is the need to loudspeaker use,  (no hw problem)so I need upgrade to 7.1 ..... or .......  pass to Iphone/Samsung.
