I am having problems to view device application on desktop software.when I click application on DS,it doesn't show any app however displays "Loading applications from device".I have tried to reinstall the DS many times but to no avail especially on display of device application.inaddition,when I try to quit the loading of device applications the DS freeze and denies any command (exit,close or whatever) unless I shut down the PC.please help me
