i would like to upgrade my 9380 to version 7.1 in order to use the hotspot.
So, I connected my phone to pc
I start blackberry desktop software
I went to "update" function from the main menu
he gives me the version 7.1 package 2494 (recommended)
I choose that and he tells me "you can not upgrade because I have not blackberry service subscription active!!!
What are the blackberry services?
How do I activate?
But the update should be free?
what do I do?
