Hi guys I'm using bb 9320,and when I connect it on my computer via USB cable to transfer music,videos,files, ect...it transfer them perfectly,,but when I open BLACKBERRY DESKTOP SOFTWARE,it shows only my BB PIN and my phone number,,but it doesn't show my phone,,it says UNKNOWN device or UNKNOWN MODEL,,,,please help guys
