I've been using the desktop software for years on Windows 7. However, this week when I start the software, it only displays an outline of the window and the "Blackberry Desktop Software" banner at the top. Where the content should be you just get what was displayed on the desktop before the window opened.
In Task manager it looks like it is running. I can also close the software by clicking on the "red x" icon in the top right of the banner.
I uninstalled Desktop Manager and reinstalled the latest version from the BB web site, but it made no difference.
I suspect an update to my windows 7 laptop, but have not idea. If anyone has any ideas I'd appriciate it.
