Hello, I tried to do a security wipe on my blackberry Z30 and received an error halfway through.

I downloaded Blackberry Link but am unable to load software as it says that I need to be signed in on my cellphone on the Blackberry ID but I am unable to go into the phone.  Only receive the error www.bberror.com/bb10-0015.

Please help. Still a brand new phone practically.Thanks Lynn
