Bold 9900 - Backup | Security Wipe | Restore - Contacts Lost

Hello,

I backed up my BB 9900 using Blackberry Desktop Software.

I then performed a 'Security Wipe'.

Following that, I restored the data from the file using Blackberry Desktop Software.

Most of my contacts are missing (it appears I have most that are older than 2-3 years)

If I choose the option of 'Select Device Data & Settings', under 'Address Book', there are 3712 contacts, which sounds about right.

I am hopeful that these 3712 contacts are somewhere in the file, just not accessible for some reason.

I need help to find out why?
