I recently upgraded by Acer E1-510 laptop to Windows 10 and now have an issue with using my 9810 with it via bluetooth.Previously I ran Win 8.1 ad used it successfully with a Torch 9800 and recently switched to a 9810. The Acer laptop is supported by the vendor on Win 10 and seemed to upgrade just fine. I can pair the laptop and BB, but only recieve the A/V Remote Control Target profile when I do so. I have downloaded and reinstalled BB Desktop...everything works fine and I can sync via Bluetooth, as well as connect to the Internet via Bluetooth. I can also Bridge with a BB Playbook just fine.
What I can't do is send a picture or file to the laptop or transfer a contact via Bluetooth...I get a "failed to find service" error. This is a function I used without issue under Win8.1.
Any ideas or wisdon on how to solve this? I have search extensively on the Internet and have found no other posts with a similar issue. I pulled out my old Torch 9800 and paired it with the same Win 10 laptop and it works exactly the same way as the 9810 does, so the issue seems to be with the laptop and not specifically with the BB devices. All the same, I was hoping someone may have seen this before and know the solution, Any help would be appreciated.
