running outlook 2016 under win 10. latest versions of 7.1 os on bold 9900 and latest version of BBDM. Cannot find the outlook profile for contacts but does find the windows contact. any suggestions? here is the tricky bit. On another computer, running win10 and outlook 2013, finds the profile.any ideas
