media files missing on phone but not on pc

hi, 

I'm struggling to find my media, irecently plugged it in to the pc and after that everything is missing but in the internal storage it still shows the occupied space how do i get media to show on the phone again, beacause it is there but in folder on phone its not showing

PLEASE HELP DON'T WANT TO WIPE PHONE
