Dinosaur with Curve 8310 Needs Help

Hi,

I've got a 8310 using OS v4.5.0.182 (Platform 2.7.0.106).

Want to sync with MS Outlook running on personal laptop. Mainly need to sync contacts. BTW, no enterprise or server use needed whatsoever. The Curve is not on a data plan but is on an AT&T monthly GoPhone account. I only use this phone for voice, texts and storing contacts.

So, how and where do I update OS, if neeed?

Which link software should I download and use?
