Was happily using BB Desktop until last week when it told me my Organizer was not supported by BB Desktop and a DLL file was missing. I'd not made any changes to BB Desktop or Outlook.
So I uninstalled BB Desktop, cleaned out the Registry and re-installed BB Desktop but it won't recognise Outlook 2013 on the PC, so configuring synchronization is not possible.
Office 2013 appears to have some automatic updates from good old Microsoft, which may be the cause of the problem; however RIM need to be aware of this and ideally issue a patch for BB Desktop..
Any other suggestions or fixes anyone can recommend?
