Re: Storm 9800. After upgrading to Windows 10 (big mistake) on my PC my 9800 will not sync with my PC.

After it runs backup and tries to read the 9800 I get

Syncrozisation Error - CRADSDatabase ERROR: (C/Users/Steve/AppData/Local/Research in motion/Blackberry Desktop/XCPCSync.OEM/SyncSKD.209.601/Translators/RimBB/Contract(long number).adt) is not open

I have downloaded the latest software but did not fix it.

Can anyone help as I cannot sync my Outlook with the 9800.
