Hi,

 

I have a blackberry bold 9900 and I have a problem with using the desktop software.When I try to sync music the normal pop-up appears when it is synching but after it finishes appears Synchronization complete and under it appears:

 

"Blackberry desktop software did not synchronize song from your computer to your blackberry device."

 

Every other function of the desktop software works properly I can sync photos videos,update applications.Please someone help me with a decent answer I'm out of options.

Desk top manager stopped working

I recently had some window 7 updates, Since then my desktop manager won't work. I have uninstalled it and cleared everything out and re-installed to no avail. I have checked the compatibility and checked that it is on window 7.

 

When I launch the Blackberry logo comes up then a dialogue box for lack of a better name comes up and just sits there. After a while it states that it is not responding.

 

Help!!!!!!!!

I have the 0x8004fd28 error when trying to sync torch 9810 with outlook 2010 (windows 7).  how do i reset.  I don't see options on BB Desktop Software to reset synchronization.

Desktop software connection password

I have recently changed my laptop and have just downloaded the Blackberry software so that I can transfer some pictures and sync my Bold.  The problem is I don't remember the password from my initial setup.  I am now at 5 connections and the next one will wipe my BB memory.  How do I restart the process?

View Organizer Sync Log File

when i am trying " Configure sync logging options"

In that i am unable to open view organizer sync log file.

it gives me message

AdobeReader could not open "Synclog.html" because it is either not a supported file or because the file has been damaged

 

Can anyone please help me to solve this problem

Bold 9900 can not uddate

Hello,

i have a BB bold 9900 with the BB 7.1 1646.
By updating the to 7.1   2534 the update process is always getting interrupt during the 2nd step that mean the installation of the software on the devise. Just after less than 70% of progress, the loading of the software stop.

what to do?

How to access text msgs / BBM chats from back-up files

Hi,

 

I frequently back up my BB and now need to view / print / save some old messages which I have recently mistakenly deleted from the phone.  I have all the relevant .ipd files, however from what I have read about the standard 'restore' option in BB Desktop Software, if I restore any of these backup files my newer data will be over-written.  Is there a way to view a small number of text messages and BBM chats from the .ipd files without restoring them to my BB?

synching sub folders in Outlook with contacts in organiser on Desktop Software

I only synch this one way ie desktop to device that way I can maintain my subfolders in MS Office Outlook.  Is there anyway of enabling this on the device so that BB Desktop Software contact organiser mirrors my MS Office Outlook desktop? Bold 9790 running 7.1

I manually sync my7 BB and it wored find for 5 monty but lkast few dats gave an error messag and then won;t sync

the message says it cannot sync (a past meeting titles 10/24/14 board meeting and says toi delete the event and re sync whivh I di dbut the same error message is happening and now it will not sync any new calendar eventa I put in the desktop

 

How can I fix this I need HELP thanks

I'm having trouble with your Blackberry Desktop Software. I currently no longer have a blackberry and I also delete all blackberry software once I changed phones, but for some strange reason when ever I install any new software what ever it may be or even when I insert a USB into my computer... The Blackberry Desktop Software installer window/box keeps appearing and once it appears I have no idea how to get rid of it, so every time I have to restart my computer.

 

I was hoping you could help me stop this from happening all together.

sync contacts gets hang at one particular contact

recently i buyed new bb 9320 , when i am syncronizing contacts with outlook , out of 1500 contacts, the sync gets hangs at 84 contact and not moving forward from that till 4-5 hours. i cannot cancel the sync and if i do, there is no contacts in new bbm..

can anyone guide for the solution??
