I've lost my BB, I had saved my contacts on my mac via a bb desktop sofware.
So I have all my montacts on my mac : a .bbb file.
Don't know what to do with it.
Seems to be lost if I dont have any other BB device. That is the case. I would like to translate this file to a pdf or Xls or txt file.
Is it possible ? With a mac software of course.

I have been up all night trying to figure this out and its driving me crazy,
I have a bb900 Bold and i have downloaded the latest desktop software V7.1.041,
i have connected the phone to desktop and backed up, i can see pictures and have managed to sync contact names to outlook express HOWEVER i cannot get calendar to configure,
when i click configure next to calendar it says The organiser applications on your computer arent supported, it does the same for tasks and memos,
i am using outlook express v6 and windows xp sp3

I got a report of low disk space on my C: drive, so I search and found a BB directory w/almost 2G of log files in it - located here:
C:\Users\tdk\AppData\Local\Research In Motion\BlackBerry 10 Desktop
With files that look like this:
DesktopHelper.log-2015-03-19.log
Desktop.log-2015-03-15.log
Everything appears to be working fine from my perspective, so I need to know - how do I purge these files and turn this off?
Help! I tried to back up my Bold 9788 OS 6 on the Desktop Manager so I could then transfer all the info to my new Q10 and the process 1. failed to sync. and 2.Tried to transfer using DeviceSwitch app, and 3. Somehow managed to deleted all data from the media card, contacts, email, everything.
I had never backed up the phone before and now all the contacts are missing and the media card is corrupt.
What can I do?? please help!!!
I have a bold 9700 and am using Windows 7 64 bit / desktop v7.1.4. USB synch. Cannot synch with outlook office 10. Synch process appears as ongoing but at the end no synch occurs. Is this outlook problem? Can I use the new desktop v10 with the bold 9700 and would this fix problem? Thanks for any help

I'm trying to reinstall the software on my nuked/bricked Blackberry Curve 9220 and unfortunately the Device Software and App Loader are asking for one thing: my device password. I know the password (and that password doesn't have any numbers) but apparently when I press Enter, the password disappears, the phone reconnects and asks for the password again. The "password attempts remaining" is still set to 10. Please help.
I have a bb 8900. Sync worked fine with Outlook 2007 x86. Now it is broken. I see in older posts that RIM stopped supporting sync after Office 2010. Are there any plans to remedy this? It's hard to believe RIM refuses to support newer versions of Office.

Hey i really need some help i recently update my z10 and the desktop 10 software , however the desktop software was givivng me some problems and i decided to uninstall it however it will just not unistall. its just stuck there now my decice cannot connect to my computer unless it has a memory card in it. i really need to how how i can remove the desktop software from my computer so i can reinstall it over
Hi I am trying to export my contacts/tasks/memos to an ASCII file. I have been able to do this previously, but since I have updated the desktop software from 6.0.1.18 to 7.1.0.41 the organizer does not give me the option.
I can still back these up with the .bbb option, but it would be more useful to have them as ASCII format for use with 3rd party programs.
Is there any way to do this in the new software?
I downloaded desktop software but I don't know how to run it. Every file in the installation instructions say to run the program and then click on something. Doesn't help if I don't know how to run it.
All I wanted to do was copy some pictures from my phone to my windows laptop. I ended up emailing each one. Why can't I just attach the **bleep** phone and see the photo files on it, then copy and paste?
Blend connects to my device, but then states: "You must turn on Blackberry Blend from the Quick Setting menu on your device." I verified that Blackberry Blend is enabled in Quick Settings. Any ideas..
