Where to find my country-language "Taiwan-Traditional Chinese" in Blackberry Link installation?
as title.
I believe for Taiwanese Users - plus Taiwanese franchaise like Foxcomm and Quanta, etc are all important Blackberry strategic partners - it is quite annoying if we have to select Macau or China (Traditional Chinese)
is there any email address or other means that we can contact to, in order to solve this problem?

Syncing Outlook with organizer
My Torch 9800 was synching just fine with Outlook 2010 for the past 6 months until today. The device indicated that synching was complete but when I checked I saw that tasks, appointments, and contacts were not coming through in either direction.
Tried rebooting everything with no success. Uninstalled my desktop software and reinstalled the latest version 7.1. Now when I try to synch, I get the following error message: "COL TransBase::Move First Summay Record: Unable to move To first Or Next Row"
Can anyone help?

synchronisation fault
Synchronisation of my 9800 Torch has always worked for me, until today. It goes through all the motions but just stops with a message "Converting BlackBerry Calendar data" (new line) "Read 3450 records"
I have rebooted both the PC and the phone.
Desktop Software is version 7.1.0.41 bundle 42
handheld software is version 6.0 bundle 2475
Does anyone know why this has suddenly stopped working?

Organizer synchronization problem
I have a Bold 9900. It has been syncing fine with my computer Outlook Database up until sometime last week when I started getting the message "Synchronization Error - Translator DLL is not loaded". What does it mean and how do I fix it?

Extra entry with comma
After a computer rebuild I reinstalled the BB Desktop and ran a sync to Outlook with no apparent problems. All the information was copied from my BB Curve to Outlook. After seeing that a few entries in Outlook didn't show up correctly in the contacts list I edited the entries and tried to run another sync. This time the software wants to add a second instance of the edited entries to the device, not update the current entries. Example: On both the device and in Outlook one business is listed as "Style America." When syncing the program wants to ADD to the device an entry "Style, America" with a comma.

I NEED TO RESTORE DATA TO MY DEVICE BUT NO BACK UP DATA IS AVAILABLE!!! HELP!!!
So I guess its a common problem that the Bold 9900 dies really quickly numerous times and then one bad time and it shuts off and wont ever turn back on and all that happens is the LED keep blinking 1,3,1,3,1,3,1,3,1,3. Well it happened to my phone. I bought a used Bold 9900 because I figured I can just restore all my data that Blackberry Protect was periodically saving. When I go to the website, it does show that there is the past 4 or 5 back ups but when I use the desktop software it doesnt show anything! Totally frustrating......even more so i dont know much about all this kind of computer stuff. I lost soooooo much important information. Can anyone help???!!!!!!!!

can't connect my cell to blackberry desktop
I'm using blackberry curve. Whenever I try to connect my cell to blackberry connect using usb, it just fails. It shows on computer and I can use it through explorer but blackberry desktop just don't detect my mobile. I tried connecting on other pc and it works. It just don't work on mine. I tried uninstalling (cleaning related registry keys and deleting folders) and install it again but still gives same problem. I don't wanna re-install whole windows so please give me a good solution.

Error 1722 Uninstall Failure - BDS 6.1
Running a Windows 7 machine, and trying to uninstall an old version of BDS (6.1) because I no longer use BB.
I'm getting 'Error 1722 - There is a problem with this Windows Installer package'. This seems to be a common error, but I've yet to see a good solution to the problem.
FYI - THIS DOESN'T WORK: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Desktop-Software-for-PC/Cleanly-quot-Starting-Over-quot-with-the-Desktop-Software-non/td-p/1762057. I can't get past step one to do a "clean uninstall". I just get the 1722 Error and a rollback of the uninstall process.
Also, I do NOT want to reinstall or upgrade the software, I want to remove it completely. So: How do I strip out all the BB components from BDS 6.1 from my computer?

iTunes Playlist Not Updating
Thank you in advance to anyone can assist me.
I have recently started using the Wi-Fi sync option on my BB 9780 on the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Software.
Whilst the Wi-Fi sync option works itself, i frequently add new songs to the iTune playlist I sync to my BB. If I add a new song in iTunes, the desktop software will not update the playlist on my BB unless I connect using the USB cable and select sync music.
Essentially, my questions is, is there an option to force the desktop software to update its record of the iTunes playlist manually?
